Apricot Rice Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients 1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup finely chopped celery1/4 cup butter or margarine3 cups cooked rice3/4 cup chopped dried apricots1/4 cup minced fresh parsley1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon dried thyme1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/8 teaspoon ground cloves Preparation In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
