Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil1/2 teaspoon lemon juice1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper, divided1-1/2 pounds fresh broccoli florets (about 12 cups)1/4 cup chopped almonds2 teaspoons grated lemon zest Lemon wedges, optional
Preparation
Preheat air fryer to 400°. In a large bowl, whisk oil, lemon juice, salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper until blended; add broccoli and toss to coat. Arrange broccoli in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket.
Cook until tender, 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with almonds, lemon zest and remaining 1/8 teaspoon pepper; toss to combine. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.
