Ingredients
2 tablespoons mayonnaise1 teaspoon Dijon mustard4 slices sourdough bread2 slices Swiss cheese2 slices cheddar cheese2 slices sweet onion1 medium tomato, sliced6 cooked bacon strips2 tablespoons butter, softened
Preparation
Preheat air fryer to 375°. Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over 2 bread slices. Layer with cheeses, onion, tomato and bacon; top with remaining bread. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
Place sandwiches in a single layer in air fryer. Cook until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes on each side.
