Ingredients

2 pounds small unpeeled red potatoes, cut into wedges2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Preheat air fryer to 400°. Drizzle potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper; toss gently to coat.

Place on ungreased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender, 10-12 minutes, stirring once.
