Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter3 tablespoons maple syrup1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 medium lemon (juiced)1 garlic clove, minced1 tablespoon olive oil4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Preheat air fryer to 400°.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice and minced garlic. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens slightly, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside.
Drizzle olive oil over salmon; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place fish in a single layer in air-fryer basket. Cook until fish is lightly browned and just beginning to flake easily with a fork, 5-7 minutes. Drizzle with sauce right before serving.
