1 large egg, beaten1/3 cup 2% milk1/2 cup chopped onion2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1/8 teaspoon saltDash pepper1 pound sage bulk pork sausage
Preparation
Preheat air fryer to 400°. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble sausage over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties.
Place patties in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until meat is no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, turning once.
