2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thin strips2 tablespoons canola oil1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

Preheat air fryer to 400°. Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes, stirring once. Serve immediately.
