3/4 cup soy sauce1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup red wine vinegar1/3 cup lemon juice1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons ground mustard2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1-1/2 teaspoons pepper1 teaspoon salt2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use as a marinade for beef, pork, chicken or shrimp.
