Ingredients

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni2 cups Miracle Whip or mayonnaise3/4 cup sugar3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish3 tablespoons yellow mustard2-1/4 teaspoons cider vinegar3/4 teaspoon celery seed1/4 teaspoon salt3 celery ribs, chopped1 medium onion, finely chopped1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped3 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Cool completely.

For dressing, in a small bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sugar, relish, mustard, vinegar, celery seed and salt. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, celery, onion, red pepper and eggs. Add dressing; gently toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
