Ingredients

4 cups sliced peeled tart apples2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 teaspoon ground cinnamonTOPPING:1 cup old-fashioned oats1/2 cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/3 cup cold butter, cubedVanilla ice cream

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Transfer to a 9-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. For topping, combine the oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly; sprinkle over fruit.

Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream.
