Ingredients
6 cups shredded cabbage3 medium red apples, chopped1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk1/4 cup lemon juice2 tablespoons sugar2 teaspoons grated onion1 teaspoon celery seed1/2 teaspoon salt, optionalDash pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, toss the cabbage and apples. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
