3 cups torn Boston lettuce1/2 cup chopped apple2 ounces Camembert cheese, cubed2 tablespoons dried cherries2 tablespoons glazed pecansDRESSING:2 tablespoons mayonnaise1 tablespoon white wine vinegar1 tablespoon canola oil1 tablespoon maple syrupDash each sugar, salt and pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
