Ingredients

6 cups sliced peeled tart apples1/3 cup sugar2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon saltFILLING:4 ounces cream cheese, softened1/4 cup sugar1 egg1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1 tablespoon milkTOPPING:3/4 cup quick-cooking oats2/3 cup all-purpopse-flour1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 teaspoon ground cinnamon5 tablespoons cold butter

Preparation

In a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish, toss the first six ingredients. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6 minutes, stirring once. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, flour and milk; mix well. Spread evenly over apples.

In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4-1/2 minutes or until apples are tender. rotating dish twice. Serve warm.
