Ingredients
3 cups chopped apples, unpeeled2 cups fresh cranberries3/4 to 1 cup sugarTOPPING:1-1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/3 cup all-purpose flour1/3 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup butter, melted
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the apples, cranberries and sugar; transfer to an 8-in. square baking dish; set aside. Combine topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over fruit.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until the fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
