Ingredients
3/4 cup chopped peeled tart apple1 tablespoon water1 cup packed brown sugar1 cup sour cream1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamonVanilla ice cream
Preparation
In a 1-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine apple and water. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in brown sugar. Cover and cook 1 minute longer.
Stir in sour cream and cinnamon. Cover and cook at 50% power for 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 minutes or until brown sugar is melted, stirring once. Stir until blended. Serve warm with ice cream.
