Ingredients
1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup maple syrup1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper4 cups shredded cabbage3 large Granny Smith apples, julienned1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients until blended. Combine cabbage, apples and cheese in a large bowl; toss with dressing to coat. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with pecans.
