Ingredients
2 packages (6 ounces each) fresh baby spinach1 medium apple, chopped1/4 cup raisins2 tablespoons chopped peanuts2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon cider vinegar1 tablespoon chutney3/4 teaspoon curry powder1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the spinach, apple, raisins and peanuts. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
