Ingredients
1 medium apple, peeled and chopped1 medium ripe pear, peeled and chopped1 tablespoon brown sugar2 teaspoons all-purpose flour1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice1/2 teaspoon apple pie spiceTOPPING:1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1 tablespoon butter, melted1 tablespoon brown sugar1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice1/3 cup old-fashioned oats2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Divide between two greased 8-oz. ramekins.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar and pie spice; stir in oats and pecans. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Bake at 375° for 18-22 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.
