Ingredients
3 tablespoons sugar1 teaspoon ground cinnamon6 flour tortillas (8 inches)Cooking spraySALSA:4 cups finely chopped tart apples (about 2 large)1 medium ripe pear, finely chopped1/2 cup quartered seedless red grapes1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped walnuts2 teaspoons grated orange zest3 tablespoons orange juice1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Spritz both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Spread in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes, rotating pans as needed.
Place salsa ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine. Serve with chips.
