Ingredients
7 cups torn Bibb or Boston lettuce1 medium apple, sliced1/3 cup pecan halves, toasted1/4 cup cider vinegar3 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons olive oil1/2 teaspoon honey mustard1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
In a serving bowl, combine the lettuce, apple and pecans. In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, honey, oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
