Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach, torn1 medium apple, chopped2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled2 red onion slices, separated into rings2 tablespoons chopped nutsDRESSING:2 tablespoons lime juice2 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon vegetable oil1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon celery seed1/4 teaspoon chili powder1/4 teaspoon pepperDash hot pepper sauce

Preparation

In a salad bowl, toss the spinach, apple, bacon, onion and nuts. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
