Ingredients
1 pound fresh spinach, torn2 cups chopped unpeeled tart apples3/4 cup bean sprouts1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries1/4 cup crumbled cooked baconDRESSING:3/4 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup white wine vinegar1 small onion, grated1/2 cup sugar2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a large salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Just before serving, pour over salad and toss.
