Ingredients
4 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick and 7 ounces each)1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup packed brown sugar1 tablespoon barbecue sauce1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Place pork chops in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spoon over chops.
Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 145°, 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
