Ingredients
1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped1 cup mayonnaise1/3 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 garlic clove, mincedDash hot pepper saucePaprika, optionalAssorted crackers
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic and pepper sauce. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Serve warm with crackers.
