Ingredients

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, cubed1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and quartered1 cup fresh spinach, torn3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese2 green onions, chopped1 loaf (16 ounces) frozen garlic bread

Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low, until cheese is melted, 2-3 hours. Meanwhile, prepare garlic bread according to package directions. Slice and serve with hot dip.
