Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds ground beef1-1/2 cups water1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted2 celery ribs, chopped3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained1 medium onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped green pepper3 tablespoons soy sauce1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours or until heated through.
