Ingredients

1 pound bulk pork sausage1 medium apple, peeled and chopped1 medium onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped celery3 cups cooked long grain rice1/2 cup raisins1/3 cup minced fresh parsley1 tablespoon brown sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground allspice1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook sausage, apple, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
