2 cups torn mixed salad greens1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned1 large ripe avocado, peeled and sliced1 small onion, choppedCITRUS DRESSING:1/4 cup canola oil2 tablespoons orange juice1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon sugar1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon celery seed
Preparation
On two salad plates, arrange the greens, orange, avocado and onion. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salads.
