1 cup buttermilk1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced2 green onions, chopped1/4 cup minced fresh parsley1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon dill weed1/8 teaspoon pepperSalad greens and vegetables of your choice

Preparation

Combine the first 9 ingredients in. a food processor; cover and process until smooth. Serve over salad. Store in the refrigerator.
