Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil2 tablespoons sour cream1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic3 cups torn mixed salad greens2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and chopped1 cup grape tomatoes, halvedCoarsely ground pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add the greens, turkey, avocado and tomatoes; toss to coat. Top with coarse ground pepper. Serve immediately.
