Ingredients

6 bacon strips, diced1 small head cabbage, chopped1 teaspoon garlic powder3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

Preparation

In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings. Stir-fry cabbage in drippings until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add garlic powder, salt, mustard and bacon; cook and stir until heated through.
