Ingredients
1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices3 plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices1-1/2 cups fresh baby spinach8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled1/2 cup minced fresh basil2 green onions, chopped1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
Arrange cheese, tomatoes and spinach on a large serving platter; top with bacon, basil and green onions. Just before serving, drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
