Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled1 cup cubed cheddar cheese1 medium green pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 cup mayonnaise2 to 4 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, bacon, cheese, green pepper and onion. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and sugar; spoon over cauliflower mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
