Ingredients

2 cups sour cream1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled Minced chives, optionalCrackers and/or assorted fresh vegetables

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cheddar cheese, salad dressing mix and bacon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. If desired, top with minced chives and additional crumbled bacon just before serving. Serve with crackers and/or vegetables.
