Ingredients

4 cups frozen peas (about 16 ounces), thawed1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese1/2 cup ranch salad dressing1/3 cup chopped red onion1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes. Stir in bacon before serving.
