Ingredients

1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 1/4 c. water

1/2 c. milk

1/4 c. mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 c. mixed vegetables

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

3/4 c. regular long-grain white rice

Preparation

Step 1Stir the soup, water, milk, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, vegetables, chicken and rice in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Cover the baking dish.Step 2Bake at 400 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
