Ingredients
3 cans (6-1/2 ounces each) minced clams1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese1 cup shredded cheddar cheese4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs3 tablespoons butter, melted2 tablespoons each finely chopped onion, celery and sweet red, yellow and green peppers1 garlic clove, mincedDash dried parsley flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Drain clams, reserving 2 tablespoons juice. In a large bowl, combine clams and remaining ingredients; stir in reserved clam juice. Spoon into 8 greased 6-oz. custard cups or clamshell dishes; place on a baking sheet.
Bake until heated through and lightly browned, 10-15 minutes.
