Ingredients
1 salmon fillet (1 pound)1 tablespoon butter, melted1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, drained2 teaspoons lemon juice1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Place salmon skin side down in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine the butter, horseradish, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper; spread over salmon.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
