Ingredients
1 egg, lightly beaten1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup milk1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup chopped nuts1/4 cups raisins1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
