Ingredients
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup sugar1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg3/4 cup butter, softened1 large egg, room temperature1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2)1-3/4 cups quick-cooking oats1 cup semisweet chocolate chips1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°. In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; beat in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg, bananas and oats; mix well. Stir in chips and nuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 13-15 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
