Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted3/4 cup baking cocoa2 cups sugar4 large eggs, beaten1 teaspoon vanilla extract1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon saltTOPPING:2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened2/3 cup sugar3/4 cup pineapple tidbits with juice1 medium ripe banana, sliced1 to 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted1 ounce semisweet chocolate1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine butter and cocoa. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture. Spread evenly over a well-greased 12-in. to 14-in. pizza pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; spread over brownie crust. Drain pineapple, reserving juice; dip banana slices in juice (then discard the juice).
Arrange bananas, pineapple and strawberries over cream cheese layer; sprinkle with pecans. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter; drizzle over top of pizza. Chill 1 hour. Refrigerate leftovers.
