Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)1/2 cup chopped onion1 medium green pepper, chopped3/4 cup ketchup1/4 cup water1 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoons prepared mustard1 tablespoon vinegarSalt and pepper to tasteHamburger buns
Preparation
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add all remaining ingredients except buns. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Serve on buns.
