Ingredients

4 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce1 cup ketchup1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/3 cup balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons onion powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, optional1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke, optional

Preparation

Place ribs in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the chili sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and pepper sauce and Liquid Smoke if desired; pour over ribs.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.
