Ingredients
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni1 cup mayonnaise1 to 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing mix2 teaspoons sugar3/4 teaspoon ground mustard1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper2 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Preparation
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Cool completely.
For dressing, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, ranch dressing mix, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine eggs, relish and macaroni. Add dressing; gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving. Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce if desired.
