Ingredients

3 pounds turkey wings1-1/4 cups barbecue sauce2 green onions, sliced1 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

Preparation

Cut turkey wings into sections; discard wing tips. In a large shallow dish, combine remaining ingredients; add wing sections. Turn to coat; refrigerate, covered, 6-8 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350°. Drain and discard marinade from wings. Place wings in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 50-60 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170° and turkey is tender.
