Ingredients
2 pounds bone-in beef ribs1/2 cup ketchup2 tablespoons finely chopped onion2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 garlic cloves, minced1 tablespoon brown sugar1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/8 teaspoon garlic powderDash hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place in a large kettle and cover with water. Simmer, uncovered, for 50 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Drain ribs; place in a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Pour sauce mixture over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until tender.
