1/4 cup olive oil3 tablespoons red wine vinegar2 teaspoons sugar1 garlic clove, minced3/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground mustard1/4 teaspoon pepper2 large heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces1 medium sweet yellow pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients until blended. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
