Ingredients

4 cups chicken broth1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained1 cup chopped fresh tomato1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded fresh basil1 to 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a large saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add tortellini; cook until tender, 7-9 minutes. Stir in beans, tomato and basil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve with cheese.
