Ingredients

6 tuna steaks (6 ounces each)4-1/2 teaspoons olive oil3 tablespoons minced fresh basil3/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Drizzle both sides of tuna steaks with oil. Sprinkle with the basil, salt and pepper.

Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill tuna, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until slightly pink in the center.
