Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds ground beef1 envelope taco seasoning2 cups water2 cups uncooked instant rice1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, undrained2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the taco seasoning, water, rice, soups and chiles. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.

Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
